Three Valley Massage will have new procedures in place to enable us to keep our therapists and clients safe and to keep the hygiene levels up to and beyond current guidelines.

THREE VALLEY MASSAGE COMPANY IS COMMITTED TO: 

 

• Cleaning procedures including 10 minutes between each appointment to deep clean and disinfect massage bed, the common area, provide clean towels and face towels for each new client.

​​

• Therapist hands sanitised before and after each client or to wash their hands thoroughly for at least 30 seconds before and after each massage

 

• Our therapists may wear face masks during massages as an added precaution

 

• All disinfectants used by the therapist are verified to ensure they meet the ECDC criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

 

• Any therapist who reports feeling unwell will immediately be removed from service until further notice

 

 

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

 

• All clients are required to arrive 10 min before their massage appointment

• All Clients must sign the DISCLAIMER FORM at commencement of the massage session and answer the following health screening questions at the time of booking, verbally via phone or written via email

 

• We require affirmation that you aren't sick or haven't been around anyone that has been sick

 

• Please avoid booking with us if you’re sick. By abstaining from booking, you will protect not only your therapist but also their future clients as well.

 

• You MUST have a shower and sanitize your hands before your massage session
